The R6 to FZ6 fork adapter kit is designed to simplify one of the most effective upgrades for the Yamaha FZ6—installing R6 front forks.

This conversion significantly improves front-end feel, braking performance, and overall handling, but requires custom spacers and hardware to make everything fit correctly. This kit provides those critical components in one package.

What’s in the kit?

Every kit includes three axle spacers and four brake spacers to mount 2003/4 R6 forks on an FZ6, using the FZ6 axle, upgraded blue dot calipers, and stock FZ6 wheel. Choose whether to add the four finished fender brackets with four M6 countersunk bolts, download the files to print your own brackets, or leave the brackets and files out.

The spacers are 6061-T6 aluminum. They fit the stock dust shields. The fender mounts are engineering grade ASA plastic with M6 brass thread inserts.
