Description

Get proper coolant coverage on your small mill without making a complicated manifold. This coolant arch carries coolant around the right-hand side of the mill head and feeds five off-the-shelf 1/4-inch NPT coolant nozzles. It fits the G0704, PM25, and many of the variants of those mills.

It’s a simple print designed to be durable and hold up to shop use. PETG at 100% infill works well and produces a nearly watertight part with a properly dialed-in printer. Check the finished print for leaks before putting it to work.

You supply the nozzles, mounting hardware, and coolant plumbing. Check the mounting points and clearance on your particular mill, since there are differences between models.

This is a digital download, supplied as a ZIP containing the Coolant Arch 2025 STEP file. Unzip it, prepare it for your printer, and print your own. No physical parts are included.
