The billet version of DustLance™ is official. With the original cast body units sold out, the current version features a body machined in-house from solid 6061 aluminum billet.

This brings an upgrade in construction while keeping the same fit and function. DustLance continues to deliver the same practical approach to jackhammer dust suppression, now with a precision-machined 6061 aluminum body.

Upgraded Construction, Same Fit and Function

The change is in the body itself. Machined 6061 aluminum replaces the original casting, with the finished surfaces visible in the photos.

The mounting arrangement and operation remain unchanged. If you’re familiar with DustLance, the billet version fits and works the same way. Existing cast body units retain the same dust suppression function.

Dust Suppression for Jackhammers and Chipping Hammers

DustLance uses a continuous water mist directed toward the point where the tool contacts concrete, helping suppress dust at its source during demolition.

Designed for compatible pneumatic jackhammers, chipping hammers, and chipping guns, the system connects to a standard garden hose and includes an on/off valve to control water flow at the tool. It mounts using zip ties or a hose clamp; mounting hardware is not included.

For more on how the system works, read the original DustLance introduction.

The Billet DustLance Is Here

The new 6061 aluminum billet body is now the standard DustLance construction: machined here in the shop, with the same fit and dust suppression function as the original.
