At CL MotoTech, we take pride in designing and manufacturing quality products. If there’s a problem with your order, we want to make it right.
Returns
New, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

All original packaging, hardware, and accessories must be included.

The item must be free from damage caused by installation, misuse, or modification.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Products that have been modified or installed

Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
We’ll work with you to determine the best solution, whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item, please contact us before returning it. We’ll do our best to help you exchange it for the correct product whenever possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process outlined above.
