Just like the title says, this modification is for the use of the Mikuni TM28 flatslide carburettor on the RD350. The stock manifolds are more than a little loose on the TM28 spigots and it’s not worth the risk of an air leak. With this modification a larger O.D. spigot outlet is fitted to the carburetors. The process involves machining the stock spigot to a smaller O.D. and then pressing the new custom machined spigot on.
This process requires that the TM28’s are shipped to CL MotoTech for machining.
Note: This process modifies the carburetors permanently.
